They are simply using "Fake about screen" jailbreak tweak...

I think they might have some more information about it. They randomly posted model numbers of God knows what (I think iPhones) in one of their articles:

They might have interpreted 64GB from there, or their Mr. X provided them the info. Not sure. And they're not being clear either..

I think it was an old prototype for iPhone 4, not for iPhone 5, that never made it to actual production.
