Assuming that this customer made no threats and constructively made his criticisms in a civilized way, wow AT&T, how low can you go? Two emails in two weeks regarding real issues hardly qualifies as being a nuisance.

did you read the whole thing? the guy spams his email and when he gets what he wants he cries more. the difference is people attack att when they email steve they are sucking the sweat from his balls.

What article are you referring to? This stated 2 emails in 2 weeks, and 1 last year. Where did the spamming part come in- I missed it.

You can issue a C&D all you want, whether it's enforceable is another story.

ˆˆNot the point though, who cares what's valid or not. It's that the action on AT&T's part actually took place.

It is the point. An unenforceable and misguided C&D is laughable and only makes for good blogging. As thelatinist said, you likely (we likely) do not have the whole story.

Well I'm sure the CEO of Verizon is much nicer, lets try emailing him and find out!! After all, the flavor of the week is how great Verizon is and how much ATT sucks right???:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

I emailed him my thoughts and cc'd steve. Just have to wait for my cease and desist.

I was all over getting a iPhone 4G, but now I'm really looking into the evo.

For your consideration I offer the following:

AT&T rethink possibilities not rethink limitations.

I vote with my dollar, and AT&T's actions are adolescent at best.

If steve wants an iphone to stay in my pocket he better step in here. Sprint's Evo is sounding better and better, with iPad tethered/mobile hotspot all for 99.00...

Steve waiting for you to weigh in publicly.
