Loose battery and metallic noise, backlight bleed

on my third retina >:|

the black strip along the back of the laptop is loose and wobbling, and i presume this is the battery.

when on my lap a metallic noise is produced, this happens when i press on the bottom cover.

moderate backlight bleed in top left, reddish top right

any advice on what i should do

maybe i am just been awkward, sorry i am a little like that,

let me re-word, will this require a replacement or is it likely to be fixable, point is, i need to make a genius appointment if they can fix it, otherwise i will return it tomorrow
