So I've had my Tmobile iPhone 5 since April. Has worked flawlessly. Recently, I've noticed that my volume buttons are loose. I made a genius appt for tomorrow to get it looked at.
I guess my concerns/questions are at this point, will it have to be replaced? If so, it'll be the same phone right? I have the GM on my phone. Will this affect backing the phone up or restoring another one in any way? Do I even have to get it replaced, or can they just fix it somehow? I love my phone and I truly want to keep the one I have, but with the buttons being lose, I just don't know. I really hate that they swap out phones so easily. I hope they can fix it somehow.
