iPad Loose home button on iPad Air!

Happy new year everyone!

Well, the home button is loose on my iPad Air.

I bought this one on Nov 10. The return date on my receipt says 11/24, but would this fall under the holiday return policy? If not it guess it's genius time!

Its a defective product theyll swap it out. A happy customer is worth more money to apple than the $300 bucks it cost to make the device.

You are 100% correct... Just took it in and got a brand new one. This was due to holiday exchange policy.... Otherwise I would hav had to see a genius.


This is my 3rd one, and the screen is perfect!! lucked out yet again!
