Hi!

I just got my new iPhone 5 16GB White and when I opened the package and took the phone out of the box i heard a rattle... Turns out the Sleep/Wake-button is loose. Don't get me wrong, it works perfectly... for now...? Feels like it's gonna fall off any second. I purchased it from the Apple Online Store and I have no physical store close. (As in... theres only 1 real Apple-Store in Sweden and i'm lightyears away from it.)

I called Apple this morning and told them about this. They said they can send out a replacement and take mine back. But if the "technicians" at Apple feels like its not a big deal they will send my "broken phone" back and make me pay for my replacement AND my "broken" one.

What should I do?
