Loose volume switch after 5 days.

I've owned this 3Gs since the 3rd of October. I just noticed the bottom volume switch is really loose, like it wiggles if you shake it. I was planning on taking it back to the AT&T store to switch it up with a white iPhone. Will this be a problem or will I have to deal directly with Apple now? Thanks.
