Loosing sound over HDMI when in standby and random

I have a late 2014 mac mini with the iris 5100 igpu doing the sound over HDMI. Its used for playing movies over the reciever (Pioneer SC-2022) and tv (LG) with HDMI and running win10/bootcamp. When it blank the screen 9 out of 10 times it looses the audio via HDMI and revert to the Cirrus Logic for sound. Sometimes it also happens random. I have tried to change inputs on the reciever and tv and change cables but without success. The only way to clear that is a restart. In the control panel is sates there are two high definition audio controllers, and one have a #this device cannot start. I can uninstall it, but scanning for new hardware brings it back. I don't know if the two are related.
