The past couple of weeks my Macbook Pro CD seems to be loosing internet connection randomly. I have at least 4 bars or so and I'll be on the internet then I'll loose my ip and get the 169.* in my network settings. I don't know what triggers it but everyone is seems normal then I just loose connectivity. I turn off and on the airport a couple times even restart and it still never picks up the ip from the schools router via dhcp. The wireless at my school is unsecured and has no login screens. I even pulled out my iPhone and it does the same thing. I figured it was the schools problem.

I come home and see if it picks up my home router and it does, but again it shows "self assigned ip" with dhcp set. I try my iPhone at home and it connects to my home network fine. If I connect it up via ethernet it grabs an ip and works.

This is on Leopard 10.5.2
I have all the latest updates including the airport one released yesterday.
