I want to throw in a 320 GB hard drive in an older 1.67 17" Powerbook. I read the instructions on ifixit and it is a little beyond my experience level. Anyone have any suggestions or referrals?

I also do not have the disk so I guess I will need a Leopard disk as well......

i take all my macs to:

Di-No Computers Inc
2091 East Colorado Boulevard
Pasadena, CA 91107-3507
(626) 795-6674

they do Apple authorized repairs and sales. i've serviced my macs there for years and its been nothing but a perfect experience every time. they are reputable professionals that have been around for a while. good luck :)
