Los Angeles Area Powerbook Repairs

I want to throw in a 320 GB hard drive in an older 1.67 17" Powerbook. I read the instructions on ifixit and it is a little beyond my experience level. Anyone have any suggestions or referrals?

I also do not have the disk so I guess I will need a Leopard disk as well......
