Lose Pictures Saved When official iOS 10 released

Question?
when the official iOS 10 is released will I lose any pictures I've saved to the gallery? Or do the pictures remain even when it has to revert back to before testing out beta.?

By Gallery do you mean "All Photos?" Or do you mean "Memories?" You won't lose individual photos if you back them up or if you have PhotoStream or iCloud Photos. But really, you should be backing up your photos regularly anyway.
