Losing all Safari tabs

On iOS 15, I’m really sick of losing all my 100 or 200 opened tabs because, suddenly, after using a QR Code, or whatever other reason, all my open tabs disappear.

Does this still happen on iOS 16? Or it isn’t solved yet?
