Losing complications

about 3 times a day I lose my sunrise/set complication. Then it comes back....Phone always is connected fine, any ideas?

Happens to me every couple of days.

It's also very slow updating - my watch will happily tell me 'it's night time here in central London' when I'm actually sat at home overlooking the Atlantic ocean with a cold beer in glorious sunshine.
