Losing mouse on dual monitor (fix mouse)

I think there are some windows hacks for this, but not found any mac ones.

I have dual monitors, but often lose my mouse off the side into the other monitor. Any ideas on how i can prevent this.

I don't understand the problem. Is it that the other display is powered off but the cursor still travels into its space? Or is it that the cursor is small and you can't always easily locate it?
