Losing Safari toolbar icons

I am running Safari 5 with LastPass, Web Snapper, CosmoPod, and Saft installed. My toolbar shows the LastPass, Web Snapper, and CosmoPod icons on the far right end.

If I quit Safari and restart, the LastPass icon will be missing. I will have to reinstall it by customizing the toolbar.

This happens every time I restart Safari.

Any ideas?

I've the same problem.. could you solve it ?

When I upgraded to Safari 5 and changed to using the LastPass extension, the problem went away, so I never followed up.

If you cannot get the icon in Safari's toolbar Customization palette it's probably that SIMBL installation went wrong (SIMBL is responsible for injecting stuff into Safari).
Try to reinstall the latest version of SIMBL from http://www.culater.net/software/SIMBL/SIMBL.php
Once installed, try to launch Safari again. If still no icon show in the customization palette or in the address bar, restart your mac.
