I’ve noticed this a couple of times now, when I switch from one watch to another the movement/calorie numbers don’t match afterwards. I seem to lose a small amount. Here you can see in order what happens as I switch from my series 8 back to my AWU1 after a run. I wore the AWU from wake up to just before I went for a run. I switched back after finishing up my cool down.

Note the read out on the AWU matches the activity dashboard not the active energy. I also noticed the activity energy number is what carries over into a couple of 3rd party apps I use. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this or can suggest what is happening?

Slightly different scenario for me, I wear my S7 every other night for sleep tracking, rest of the time my U2 which gets charged every other night.
So when I get up (wearing S7), I open the Health app to ensure that vitals and sleep data are there, then I put my U2 on.

So maybe for you, open the activity app before you switch watches and make sure that calorie count etc are up to date, then switch watches.
But besides that, I am fairly certain that it all ends up synchronized even though there might be some delay.

Just happened to me: got the 10 switching from a 6. I already had 35 min of workout but on the new watch went down to 19!!
No idea how to fix it but it bothers me 🙄a little bit
Not very happy with the bigger size of the watch, If I could I would have bought the 9 because it was smaller

So a day later the 2 numbers have not synchronized. The active energy number is still approx 38 calories behind. Unfortunately unless it’s well hidden I can’t find a weekly total of this number in the Health or Activity app. I use Fitness Totals for this. The only place I can find it is on the watch.

On my next run day I’m going to reverse the watches, wear the AW8 before hand, then wear the AWU for the run, then back to the AW8 just to see what happens.
