I've had problems in the past about losing songs when updating my iPhone that have been previously purchased from the phone, but not to this extent. Just recently (about 2 hours ago) I decided to update my iPhone to the new software that includes the pic messaging feature and during the middle of the restoration process, the computer (PC) loses connection with the iPhone. I then re-plug the phone in and restart the restoration process. When it is complete, i check my song library and notice it has lost all of the recent songs I've purchased on my iPhone (about 40 something songs). Is there any possible way to find these songs and put them on my iPhone without me re-purchasing each one? PLEASE HELP!!
