Loss of connection i5

Hey guys, for some reason every day at least once I lose my data connection on my iPhone 5. It also affects incoming calls as people have told me that their calls went straight to voicemail. Weird thing is my phone says it has an lte or 3G connection. I'm on Telus in Canada btw. Anyone having this?

Try a reset network.
And also call your carrier to make sure your account is configured right on their end.
