should i replace them before sending it back for a buzzing fan? i lost the one that holds the black thing overtop the cd drive or hdd caddy and i lost one a while back to the bottom of the case.
 
ok. are the screws on the inside of the 13" mbp the same as the 15"?

I'm not sure about apple's returning/tech service polities, but common sence indicates you should replace them. Even if you don't send the laptop and just use it, they were build and put there for a reason.

You'll be fine if you're missing a screw or two, as long as the back plate is firmly fixed to the rest of the machine I wouldn't worry.
 
If you have an Apple store nearby they'll likely have replacements for the bottom case screws (free of charge) but I wouldn't ask for replacement internal screws. ;)
