lost $100 store credit due to iphone being stolen????

since my iphone was stolen, how can i redeem my store credit due to being iday buyer??

the access code is sent via text message but my phone is suspended untill i get a new one, and i dont know when that will be. what do i do

i printed out a coupon a while ago, but i cant seem to find it here in the house.

i dont remember the access code so i cant get it. ill probably give them a call or a visit tomorrow
