I purchased a new iPhone 4 today, and the AT&T store was not able to transfer anything over. They stated that I had to sync everything at home.

Well several hours and 1st mother's day movies/pics later, I synced my new phone. Now all of those movies & pics are gone. Are they gone forever? Is there anyway we can get those back? Please say so!!!

Thank you in advance for any help and/or assistance.

If they're not on the phone or anywhere in your computer they're gone.
All you gotta do is plug the iphone and then go to my computer and browse thru the phone like you would when you plug in a camera. Then copy the pics and videos over.
Next time you'll know.
