Lost additional user account since upgrade

On the login screen I only see my account and Guest. There should be another option for my girlfriend's account but since upgrading it has disappeared. I can see that her folders are still there, although I cannot access them with my account.

Has this happened to anyone else and can it be fixed?

No it doesn't.

Restored back to High Sierra. Account back as normal.
