I was helping a friend out with the iphone and letting her use my computer to sync her iphone with. After syncing her iphone, it asked if i minded changing the contacts on my computer and I thought that meant that her contacts would be added to my computer, so I thought it was all fine. I go to iChat, and all my buddies are just screennames. odd. I go to address book and I realize, that all my contacts are gone, and I only have her contacts! is there any way I can get my old contacts back, or do I have to remake all my contacts?
