Lost all my contacts. Please help!

I was messing around with my email account on my phone today and I deleted all my contacts by accident. Is there any way to restore them? Made me real angry to see them all disappear.

Also, how do I get all the pictures that are on my phone onto my computer?

For your camera roll pics, just plug your iPhone to the PC via USB. It should then recognize the iPhone as a digital camera and you can then just copy the pics from the iPhone to the PC.

Your contacts are stored in the backup, so if you restore from a backup you can get the contacts back. After you get the contacts back, sync them from now on, since it’s not a good idea to rely on the backup. Hopefully, you have them backed up?? Right click on the iPhone in iTunes and choose restore from backup.
