For some reason i was trying to reorganize my iTunes, and all of my songs disappeared. They are in my, "My Music" file, but they are not in my iTunes. If i add all my songs, i will have to check/uncheck the ones to get onto my iPhone (4gb). Is there any way i can restore my iTunes or fix this? So i dont have to check/uncheck about 1000 songs?

Edit: Also my ringtones and playlists are gone. I have no idea what i did, dumb me.

you can try programs that copy from ipod /iphone to your computer again, THEN put those songs in a playlist and then add your original library back then look for duplicates (itunes can do this for you) and delete the ones that were added at the same time as when you imported your library not when you was adding from the iphone.
