Here's my problem that I hope someone can help me out with:
I no longer have a mac.com email address so I have to retrieve my password by answering a secret question that I created way back when I signed up for my mac account years ago. When I type in the answer to my secret question, I get a message saying it is incorrect. I have tried typing it in in various ways that I might have possibly written it in originally, but after a few times it shuts me out for another go at it 24 hours later. Question: how can I either find the answer to my secret question or over ride it or reset it somehow?
More Back Story: The reason I need my password is that I smashed my computer screen for the 2nd time (actually my toddler did it) and although my husband repaired it the first time, the computer never really worked the same, so now I am trying to transfer all of my data over to another computer including my itunes music. I am in the middle of editing a video on imovie and want to transfer all of my music from itunes (on the smashed computer) and all the downloaded clips and partially edited video (from an interim computer I've been using) all to the new computer.
If anyone has any advice on any part of my information transfer process that needs to happen or the password retrieval dilema, please, I'd love to hear your suggestions.

Thanks!
