I was updating a large number of apps, however one of them, Mercury browser seemed stuck on waiting. The iPad became unresponsive and did the hard reset using the power and home buttons together. When I restarted, the Mercury browser does not show up on my iPad screen.

The App Store shows Mercury browser as purchased, and the only option is to open, not download it. When I click on open, nothing happens. How can I get this app back?
