Lost Apps on Phone have no back up how do I restore?

Did the 3.0 update, not on my home profile in Itunes, did not get my apps. How can I re-download and install again? I have read many posts on restoring from backup but I don't have the backup anymore? I can login to my profile and see the receipt of my purchases how do I get them again?

As long as you are using the same iTunes account you can download any app again for free. It will tell you that you have already paid for it, if you try to buy it again. Give it a try!

it would sure be nice if they had a tool for this finding each one and clicking them one at a time is a drag! But yes it works thank you!

Sounds like you used a different computer? If that's the case you should use just the computer you always sync with, b/c your iTunes account won't sync everything you have on your iPhone....
