Lost Audio

What would cause my iPhone to lose audio out from the speaker. Happened today and had to reboot it.

Never happened before on any phone.

Only new thing was I bought the Ion Bluetooth Cassette Adapter from Best Buy for the car. Working really well. Can't see why that would effect the iphone when not even connected.

I'll blow out the headphone jack when home and if it happens again will plug headphones back in then out. Other than that and a software issue, not sure.

Not concerned atm, just curious.
