Lost bookmarks (some, not all) in Safari 7.0.3

One of the categories (just one - computers) in my Bookmarks Bar in Safari 7.0.3 and Mavericks 10.9.2 just disappeared. I have found online where all bookmarks have disappeared, but not just one category. Any ideas? Thanks.

I have the similar problem related to FireFox 29.0.1 bookmark and Contacts list that are lost two times - two weeks ago and today. I saved my Contacts for the backup, but not the FireFox. Bummer!

Did it affected your Desktop background picture? I had my own photo on the screen, but now it's Apple's one of the pictures. I don't know what is going on with the issues.
