Lost built in apps after redsnow???

So I completed the redsn0w jailbreak, it went fine.

I started Cydia and Cydia said it needed to prepare the filesystem, it seemed to do a respiring after that automatically and now when i boot, many built-in apps are missing:

Phone
Calendar
Clock
Messages
Camera

and Cydia.

I performed a few tethered reboots, but it's still all missing.

I am thinking to restore from my iTunes backup I did before starting the Jailbreak, before I do that, do u have any ideas?

Restore would be the only way I'm thinking this is gonna get fixed.
