Lost code, need restore Help!

I have forgotton my passcode (4 digit acsess code) to my iphone. i asked a friend and he said to restore it, i tried and it said i needed the passcode to restore it on the computer. I asked my friend again and he said it needed to be on the computer i normally used but i used my old (very) macbook which i threw away recently (the screen broke) so now i cant restore it or unlock it

what do i do
