Lost Cydia Icon

I have a Iphone 4s and did the jailbreak which went fine. Well I went to remove a program under cydia and now cydia icon is gone. the phone is still jailbroken but I just don't see the icon on my home screen. Is there a way to get it back on the 4s/

Perhaps it is hidden or inside of a folder? Have you tried searching for it with Spotlight? Is SBSettings installed?

Yes I've done a search in spotlight and nothing and No I'm afraid I don't have SBsettings installed. Should I do a restore and then jailbreak again?
