Lost data connection after installing 4.0 beta 3

Hi everybody,

I've using iphone OS 4.0 beta 1 on my 3GS with no major problems until today when you upgraded it to beta 3 and lost data connection (both 3G and EDGE). I've tryed restoring network settings, changing sim card, downgrading back to beta 1 and even OS 3.1.3 and still my data connection doesn't work. Is something wrong with my baseband? Did apple release a new baseband with beta 3?
