Lost entire iTunes application

Using Senuti to reverse-sync my ipod to my iTunes library, I seem to have lost the entire iTunes application. This seemed to happen at the end of the process, when I clicked "transfer". The only thing that comes up on the screen when iTunes is clicked on the dock is the information on the bar at the top of the screen--to the immediate right of the apple icon. The rest of the screen is completely blank. I have no idea what happened to iTunes, how to access it, or what to do.
