This has me utterly stumped.

Went out on a drive to Chatsworth House with my mates. Took a few hundred pictures or so. Get back, stick the Microdrive in the card reader. Nothing! Not a single image from today. I run a search on the drive, looking for anything with "jpg" in the name. Arrange by date. Last picture was taken 7 days ago! 1gb has gone from the free space so that has me confused. Plus, the real kicker is I can see the photos on my camera's LCD screen if I stick the drive back in.

 I'm guessing this is OSX? I just don't get this at all. Is there any way to flush the system cache for my drive? if that's even possible? I took some pretty good pics too!

EDIT: NO! They can't be viewed on the camera either! I'd hate to say this, but without File Buddy I'll have to check on my PC. Wish me luck :( How on EARTH could these new files just vanish! The old pics are still there. I turned my camera off and could still view the pics whilst out and about. Very, very confused.

EDIT 2: Not even Windows can see the files! Yet, the space is still being taken up. Windows said I have been using 2.7gb, but selecting the folders and viewing the space it says 1.5gb.

Help :(
