This has me utterly stumped.
Went out on a drive to Chatsworth House with my mates. Took a few hundred pictures or so. Get back, stick the Microdrive in the card reader. Nothing! Not a single image from today. I run a search on the drive, looking for anything with "jpg" in the name. Arrange by date. Last picture was taken 7 days ago! 1gb has gone from the free space so that has me confused. Plus, the real kicker is I can see the photos on my camera's LCD screen if I stick the drive back in.
I'm guessing this is OSX? I just don't get this at all. Is there any way to flush the system cache for my drive? if that's even possible? I took some pretty good pics too!
EDIT: NO! They can't be viewed on the camera either! I'd hate to say this, but without File Buddy I'll have to check on my PC. Wish me luck
How on EARTH could these new files just vanish! The old pics are still there. I turned my camera off and could still view the pics whilst out and about. Very, very confused.
EDIT 2: Not even Windows can see the files! Yet, the space is still being taken up. Windows said I have been using 2.7gb, but selecting the folders and viewing the space it says 1.5gb.
