Lost folder using Abracadabra

I emptied a folder from Abracadabra 1.2 to place on my desktop. I already had a folder entitled the same name so when I took the folder from Abracadabra, it did not mount on my desktop and just disappeared. Abracadabra says the hat is empty and I am unable to find the folder I was trying to access.

Is there any way to access the folder that was hidden by abracadabra? I have backups from time machine (where the folder was hidden by abracadabra) but I do not know where the folder location would be. I tried searching by downloading file buddy but that was unsuccessful.

Any help would be appreciated!
