Lost free space?

Air Sharing and another app are both showing my iPhone's free space as 410MB, but iTunes and my About page is showing only 140MB. What's going on? I've tried rebooting, but that hasn't helped.
 
So, while syncing with iTunes, my phone will reboot but apps and music will still transfer, even after my iPhone and iTunes says I have 0 free space (using the "hidden" 270MB or so free space). Has this happened to anyone else?
