Lost GSM reception with screen lock

I bought an iPhone in Houston druring a business trip and unlocked it in Thailand. It is on 1.0.2 with iTines 7.4.1, and it works perfectly, except that when I lock the screen, either manualy or automatically, I lose the GSM reception after about 2 mn. That means that when the screen is locked, I can no longer receive calls!!!

Is ther anybody who experienced the same pb and any idea on how to fix it (beside going back to Apple)?
