I have recently lost everything on my hard drive and there is no chance of getting it back. Including my iTunes.

I'm not really concerned about the music but is there any way i can back up all my numbers, notes, settings etc from my iPhone on to my new macbook? I know at the moment once i sync i'll lose everything.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Once you plug it in to the new computer right click the iphone on the left and select backup.
It will save all your stuff on the new itunes library.
Apps, music, movies you will have to download and sync again but your contacts, texts and other settings on your phone will be saved.
