Lost Icons in Systems Preferences

Gone Missing !!! and i cannot access any of these

Hardware Icons for Printers & Scanners, Sound, Keyboard

Internet & Wireless Icons - Network

have searched everywhere for help with this problem but can't seem to find any answers

How about repair permission. Or re-install the OS? (Don't delete / format anything, just do it on top of your current OSX) Both action won't hurt, and may fix the problem.
