Lost in app purchases $50.

I got into real racing and made 3 purchases, totaling $50., had to reinstall the the app. and now all is gone )
email send to Apple, they tell me they have nothing to do with it and should contact the company!!!!!
If I buy an app., I get to reinstall it for free, if made in app purchases to jut cars, they're telling me I have to repurchase them again.
What was your experience with in app. purchases? any suggestions?

There's apparently an option somewhere within the app to restore your in-app purchases however it seems some people are experiencing issues with that:

Real Racing 3 can't restore in-app purchases.

I'm not familiar with the game but the above link is to the game developer's support site and, like Apple told you, they're who you should contact if restoring the purchases isn't working.
