hi. i recently lost a very important "note" on my iphone 4. how can i get it back? i tried everything. is it possible that there is a way of finding it - even though i constantly sync my phone to itunes. i need to be able to go back a week or so and find it. i didn't realize it was gone. damn. thanks for your help.

There is a program called itwin that will open backups like your looking at the phone. Or just restore from backup and pick one a bit older..
Start restoring your phone from the oldest backup until you get the note back.
*Do you mean sync or back up? There's a difference.
