Was in Potbelly (the one on 123) and found a 1st gen with a clear (kinda) case. Unlocked on T-Mobile with Dock installed. Turned in to the guy behind the counter.

You should have called some of the numbers in the address book. They could have notified the owner.
I gave it to the guy assuming he would know how to use it and when he didn't I explained how to unlock and check recent calls. He called the most recent missed call in front of me and left a message. I told him to also try "Mom" and "Home" if he got no response.
Hah, I was there today. I still got mine, and mine isn't on T-Mo, or unlocked, or have a clear case.
i wish when i lost mine at the long beach airport a few months back that someone with a heart, such as yourself, would of turned it in for me... instead i had to pay close to $550 for a replacement at retail price
