Can you remote wipe a lost iPhone that has no apple ID associated with it? My friend de-activated it with the telephone company. If it is simply re-activated by the telephone company, could it be tracked via Find my iPhone on another iPhone?

Thanks

It needs to be activated on the iPhone too.

Its most likely that the finder has ripped out the micro sim and restored it by now.

Contact the network to block the sim and phone.
