Why do you need to delete everything in the first place?

you could clone (SuperDuper or CCC) your HDD - or at least your system and apps - to an external drive, restart from there (pressing the option key while restarting) and delete everything in the internal drive - which will now be listed as another drive.

Hope this helped.

cheers!

download a warez copy of OSX, burn it and enjoy... you own a legit copy so therefore downloading a copy from Internet of same thing you have isn't illegal.

that might also work :D You still need the disks to reinstall OS X though. Have you considered calling apple care to get a copy of your install disks - they might charge you some money, but it's worth it, having your install disks available.

Downloading and installing illegal copies of software is a great way to get trojans or other malware.
