lost mail accounts in mac after syncing iphone

Hi,
after syncing my Iphone the other day on my macpro , i lost 2 of my 3 mail accounts on my macpro, the only one left is my .mac account, the yahoo one and the personal website acct are gone in my mail.
they are still there on my iphone, somebody said this has to do with the .mac acct i just got .
how can i retrieve those accounts back in my mail box on my mac?
i appreciate your knowledge
