Lost Mail,maps apps after 1.14 jailbreak help

I jailbroke my 8g touch using the ziphone method 1.13 to 1.14, everything went OK, everything was still on when I'd finished but none of my apps were showing, I managed to get all third party apps working OK again by uninstalling them and then reinstalling them, but I can't for the life in me get the apple apps working again. I've installed the 1.14-1.13 patch and installed the 1.13 apps pack from installer, that gave me back my wiggle apps but nothing else, I've tried everything in these thread but nothing works, I've got the 1.11 apple apps on my PC is there an easy way to SSH back to my ipod. Any help would be greatly received as I've been at this all bloody day why did I upgrade to 1.14 I must be mad.......
