iPod touch Lost Media Files

ok so here's the story my sister got her itouch as a gift while on a vacation at families, while she was there she got all her videos and music, and then when she came back she never synced her ipod with any of the home computers, she always just charged it using a wall charger. So this morning i was jailbreaking her itouch for her (i'd done it to mine) while i was jailbreaking it i had some problems and had to restore it to factory settings and i ended up losing all of her music videos and everything else. IS there anyway that i can get it all back? plz plz help or she'll kill me!!!! And i cant just sync it with the computer it was originally synced with cuz it's just too far away.

No. Restoring deletes all the files.
