I run Windows 7 on Parallels 7 and use Office Windows 2007. Something occurred a couple of days ago where my association to open the Office files (word, excel, powerpoint) to automatically launch Office.

I was able to fix the Word documents by selecting a document, get info, and change the open with from preview to Word.

However, Excel or Powerpoint are not listed for me...only the preview option. I'm attempted to select open with another program, but I'm not sure how to find the Excel and Powerpoint exe to open the document. It takes me to a windows where it list application, desktop, downloads, etc. My question is how do I actually browse to the EXE of the application on a VM?
